FA Cup - Fourth Round 1977 (Part 3)

The draw for the FA Cup Fifth Round is in.

The tie of the round is a possible repeat of last year's final. If holders Southampton can defeat Forest, they will be hosting Manchester United. Champions Liverpool are drawn at home to a lower league side for the third time. And a battle of the giants sees Leeds United host high-flying Manchester City.

FA Cup - Fourth Round 1977 (Part 1)

The results of the FA Cup Fourth Round are in.

A more comfortable ride for the champions as Liverpool beat Carlisle 3-0. Holders Southampton share six goals with Forest but beaten finalists Manchester United march on. Northwich Victoria's run comes to an end at home to Oldham. And Fourth Division Colchester hold Derby to a draw.

FA Cup - Third Round 1977 (Part 1)

It's FA Cup Third Round day on Saturday 8 January 1977 - and here are the results.

Champions Liverpool were held to a draw by Third Division Crystal Palace, non-league Northwich Victoria progressed, the holders - Southampton - drew at home to Chelsea but the finalists last year, Manchester United, won 1-0. Non-league Wimbledon hold their First Divison opponents Middlesbrough. The giant killers are Cardiff City who send Spurs packing.
